Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when we deliver orders placed through the FPA Sri Lanka online shop.

Discreet packaging

Every order is dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is no FPA branding, product imagery or product detail visible on the outside — only the delivery address and the information the courier needs.

Delivery coverage

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free for orders over LKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 2–5 working days depending on your location. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. All timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Order tracking

You can view the status of your orders at any time from your account. We will also contact you if there is any delay with your order.

Failed or unsuccessful delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed — for example, if no one is available to receive it — the courier will usually attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange a suitable time. Please make sure the telephone number and address you provide are accurate and complete.
